About DREAM Centre

Purpose

To provide excellent, up to date, cost effective, evidenced-based, holistic care for patients with Diabetes, Respiratory, Endocrine and/or Metabolic illness through a multi-disciplinary team approach.

Services

  • Diabetes Education and nutritional counselling via a group setting or one-on-one consultation’s for those with diabetes and pre diabetes.
