Promote health and wellbeing, advocating physical mobility and functional independence for healthy community living.

Services

  • ·         Paediatric Service - fostering normal developmental milestones and optimal school health
  • ·         Seniors and Adults with Disabilities Service - providing home-based services and consultation for rest home and long-term care facilities.
  • ·         Services may include screening, consultation, assessment, treatment, adaptive equipment prescription, parent/caregiver support and guidance, rest home evaluations and health education.
