About Family Preservation Services

Purpose

To provide therapeutic intervention and support to families deemed to be at risk that preserves families and promotes their well- being and the safety of children.

Services

  • Strength-based family and risk assessments.
  • Home-based family intervention services.
  • Case management via client-driven service plans using a community-based model.
  • Networking with community partners.
