About Court Social Worker

Purpose

To provide objective reports to the Supreme and Family Courts, Department of Immigration and Overseas Social Service Agencies in relation to custody, access, parental capacity and adoption that is in the best interest of the child.

Services

  • Conducting assessments and writing Social Inquiries, Home Study and Adoption Reports
  • Providing reports to the courts as ordered and agencies as requested
  • Networking and liaising with community partners
