Purpose

Health Visitors have a multifaceted role in that they promote individual and community health by providing and coordinating health services for families.

Services

  • Home visits to new mothers.
  • Visit Government preschools
  • Health education and counselling to clients, their care givers and the general public
  • Serves as a resource for the Department of
    Helth
