Hours of Operation 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday A social worker and supervisor are on-call evenings, weekends and public holidays to respond to child abuse emergencies. Contact your nearest police station and the duty sergeant will contact the on-call social worker and/or the on-call supervisor.
Referral Procedure Contact the Intake section of DCFS at 278-9111, professionals can request an electronic copy of the referral form that must be submitted to the Department.
