To achieve equality of opportunity and full participation in society for people who are deaf and hard of hearing.
Services
- Sign language classes.
- Adult education and literacy information.
- Provides assistance for hearing aids.
- Provides emotional support and consultation for parents and families of deaf and hard of hearing children.
- Provides overseas information on summer camp, schools and universities for the deaf for parents/guardians of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
