About Bermuda Diabetes Association
Purpose
To lead the Bermuda community to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the lives of those affected.
Services
- • Public presentations on diabetes management and healthy living to help prevent type 2 diabetes.
- • Diabetes education and nutritional counselling for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
- Free community blood sugar screening.
- • Assistance with purchasing insulin and oral medications obtained at the Bermuda Diabetes Association Resource Centre for people with inadequate or no insurance.
