About Youthnet

Purpose

School-based mentoring programme.

Services

  • Traditional Mentoring: Matches adult volunteers with students in school. Mentors spend one hour per week making meaningful connections being role models and friends.
  • Peer Mentoring: Matches older youth with younger students, to provide friendship and support. Matches are made within the same school or between different schools.
  • Reading Mentoring: Matches individuals and teams of adults and peers with primary school children to build positive relationships and strengthen their literacy skills.
