- • At Agape House we focus on the palliative care of patients who are expected to be in the last weeks to short months of life, regardless of diagnosis. We can also offer short-term admissions to those with advanced illnesses who have symptoms that cannot be managed at home. Support is also offered to family members. The palliative care team is comprised of a hospice consultant, nurses, nursing auxiliary staff and volunteers. Support is also available from a social worker, physiotherapist and occupational therapist when needed.
